Outlook: Richner will lead the Eagles after finishing fifth in region and 21st in state last season.
"We need to do a better job of recruiting to fill the team," Ringen said.
Faith Lutheran is the "team to chase," and Virgin Valley and Moapa Valley are also running with full teams, Ringen said.
"We are a long shot for a team qualifier at this point," Ringen said.
