ROUNDUP: Jarman powers host Bengals past Cougars

Price Jarman had 14 kills and eight blocks to help Bonanza to a 25-17, 25-21, 24-26, 25-17 victory over visiting Coronado on Monday.

Craig Whiting distributed 38 assists for the Bengals, and Parker Evans added six kills and seven digs.
Chris Andrulis led the Cougars with 12 kills and eight digs.

Byrin Romney had 33 assists and eight digs, and Jahren Makanoa added nine kills and eight digs for Coronado.

Clark 3, Del Sol 1 — At Clark, George Huang registered 18 kills, and Johnny Phane added 13 kills as the Chargers rallied past the Dragons, 13-25, 25-12, 25-17, 25-21.

David Samson had 33 assists for Clark, which got five kills from Joseph Wang.

Nick Maglaras paced Del Sol with 19 assists and four digs, and teammate Aaron Rife had nine kills and two blocks.

Valley 3, Foothill 1 — At Valley, Matt Ballaro had 14 kills and 10 digs to help the Vikings hold off the Falcons, 19-25, 25-23, 26-24, 25-18.

Mauricio Molina added 22 digs, and Peter Nunes had 27 assists and seven digs for Valley.

Tyler Close dished out 13 assists to lead Foothill. Kendall Andrews had eight kills, and Tyler Moore supplied three blocks for the Falcons.

Desert Oasis 3, Desert Pines 0 — At Desert Pines, Zach Bobenhausen notched 16 kills to help the Diamondbacks to a 25-15, 25-21, 25-13 victory over the Jaguars.

Trevor Zarvian added 31 assists, and Cameron Mich’l had eight kills and two blocks for Desert Oasis.

Kevin Krystek led Desert Pines with 19 kills, and teammate Tui Pootasi added four blocks.

Spring Valley 3, Cimarron-Memorial  0 — At Spring Valley, Blake Ringer had 10 kills in leading the Grizzles past the Spartans, 25-23, 25-19, 25-18.

Parker Slade supplied five kills and three aces, and Dallas Teshima contributed 25 assists for Spring Valley.

Tanner Maxwell tallied eight kills and four aces, and Hunter Stratton had three kills and eight digs for Cimarron.

Centennial 3, Rancho 0 — At Centennial, Leo Durkin had 40 assists and three aces as the the Bulldogs cruised to a 25-11, 25-17, 25-21 victory over the Rams.

Ryan Ramin had 12 kills, and Dusin Buell had five kills for Centennial

Rancho’s Kyle Stankosky had eight digs, and Guillermo Silva added six kills for the Rams.

Tech 3, Canyon Springs 0 — At Tech, Alex Prado had 14 digs as the Roadrunners topped the Pioneers, 25-17, 25-13, 25-22.

Aidan Hernandez added five aces, four kills and three digs for Tech, and teammate Edwin Lopez dished out 10 assists.

Alkeley Harris led Canyon Springs with seven kills.
