Head coach: Cooper Harris, first season

Top athletes: Ebonique Diaz (Sr.), Brittany Veal (Sr.), Deanna Manning (Sr.), Rochell Daniels (Sr.)

Outlook: Diaz, a multi-event state qualifier, is one of the top distance runners in Division I-A.

Veal, Manning and Daniels also gained valuable state-meet experience last year.

“The women’s team has doubled in numbers since last season, and is looking to challenge for a league championship and finish in the top four at regionals,” Harris said. “Diaz’s potential is limitless, and she could contend for three state championships.”
