Outlook: Nelson is the top returning 300 hurdler in the Sunrise Region, and Hicks is among the top returnees in the region in the triple jump.
"We're very young," Thompson said. "We have only five returning seniors, four of them in distance. It's an excellent young team, but needs experience."
