ROUNDUP: Fuller’s seventh-inning single lifts Longhorns past Wolves

Alexis Fuller’s RBI single in the top of the seventh inning Friday broke a 2-2 tie and helped Legacy’s softball team post a 4-2 win at Basic.

Gabrielle Rinker added a sacrifice fly later in the seventh for the Longhorns.

Rinker was 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI, and Fuller finished 2-for-4.

Jessica Pittman and Marissa Ross each went 2-for-3 for the Wolves.

Spring Valley 10, Liberty 9 — At Spring Valley, Jessica Reed hit a two-run single with one out in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift the Grizzlies to a comeback win over the Patriots.

Ellie Endsley went 2-for-3 with three RBIs to help Spring Valley, which trailed 6-0 after the first inning.

Rebecca Freer had a three-run triple for Liberty in the first inning.

Centennial 11, Durango 0 — At Durango, Taylor Huntly tossed a four-hitter with five strikeouts and no walks, and the Bulldogs used three consecutive home runs to rout the Trailblazers in six innings.

Madison Henzlik went 3-for-4 with a double, a homer and two RBIs for Centennial, which got the three home runs in a row by Allison Riggs, Heather Bowen, and Savannah Horvath.

Katie Moore led Durango with two hits.

Arbor View 8, Silverado 2 — At Arbor View, Chelsa Baca went 3-for-4 with two doubles, a run and three RBIs as the Aggies downed the Skyhawks.

Karli Lehr was 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs for Arbor View, which scored three runs in the bottom of the third and never trailed.

Desert Oasis 10, Eldorado 8 — At Desert Oasis, the Diamondbacks scored five runs in the bottom of the fifth to break a 5-5 tie and held on for the win.

Emily Heinz tripled, and Lenzi Cram and Dayana Gage each had a double for Desert Oasis.

Valley 15, Clark 7 — At Valley, Zoe Galindo went 2-for-2 with two doubles, two runs and two RBIs and the Vikings outslugged the Chargers.

Tiffany Kitrel added two hits, two runs and an RBI for Valley, which got a double from Sophia Navarro.

Alia Armstrong was 3-for-5 with three RBIs to lead Clark, and teammate Kaitlyn Szeles supplied two hits.

Del Sol 15, Sunrise Mountain 5 — At Del Sol, Alysa Flores doubled twice and drove in four runs as the Dragons routed the Miners in five innings.

Stephanie Keller earned the win on seven hits, with six strikeouts and no walks for Del Sol, which got two hits and two runs from Rubie Soria.

Alex Valles went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI to lead Sunrise Mountain.

Bishop Gorman 7, Wickenburg (Ariz.) 1 — At Gorman, Alexandria Gordon went 2-for-2 with a double and two runs to lead the Gaels to the win in the Bishop Gorman Tournament.

Dayton Yingling threw a one-hitter with eight strikeouts to get the win.

Faith Lutheran 5, Lincoln County JV 1 — At Mountain View, Stacie Graham threw a four-hitter with six strikeouts and only two walks as the Crusaders rallied by the Lynx junior varsity in the Mountain View Spring Slam.

Kelly Zufall and Lili Bonora each hit a double for Faith Lutheran, which did all its scoring in the fifth inning after Lincoln County took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the fourth.

Aspen Wilkin had a double for the Lynx.

Victor Valley Christian (Calif.) 13, Lake Mead 5 — At Mountain View, Erica Porter was 3-for-3 with a double and a triple to lead the Royals to an easy win over the Eagles at the Spring Slam.

Elise Westbury was 3-for-3 with a double for Victor Valley, which allowed all five runs on no hits.

Victor Valley Christian (Calif.) 6, Pahranagat Valley 4 — At Mountain View, winning pitcher Westbury was 2-for-2 with a double, a home run and four RBIs to help the Royals edge the Panthers in the Spring Slam.

Kyla Mortensen was 2-for-2 with an RBI for Pahrangat Valley.

Pahranagat Valley 8, Carlin 0 — At Mountain View, Kyla Mortensen hurled a three-hit shutout to power the Panthers past the Railroaders in the Spring Slam.

Lineti Lasike blasted a three-run homer for Pahrangat Valley.

Mountain View 4, Arizona Lutheran 2 — At Mountain View, Tayler Nelson had a double, two RBIs and a run scored to power the host Saints past the Coyotes in the Spring Slam.

Allie Cintron tossed a no-hitter with one strikeout and five walks for Mountain View.

Boulder City 8, Payson (Utah) 1 — At St. George, Utah, Kacey Ochoa hit a three-run home run, and Karlee Koopman hit a two-run homer to lead the Eagles to the win in the March Warm-Up Tournament.

Boulder City 10, Parowan (Utah) 1 — At St. George, Koopman pitched a four-inning two-hitter with eight strikeouts and went 2-for-2 to lead the Eagles to victory in the March Warm-Up Tournament.

Boulder City 15, Judge Memorial (Utah) 4 — At St. George, Utah, Taylor McKeever was 2-for-3 with four RBIs as the Eagles rolled to the win in four innings at the March Warm-Up Tournament.
