Top players: C/OF Hannah Stevens (So.), C Lauren Penksa (Sr.), OF Palmer Bosanko (Sr.), 3B Gabby Canibeyaz (Sr.), P/1B Aricia Dami (Sr.)

Outlook: The Falcons lost a talented senior class with five athletes going on to play in college. Chief among the losses was workhouse pitcher Alex Petrolia on whom the Falcons relied heavily.

With Petrolia gone, Mayes said Dami has been converted from an infielder to pitcher.

"Foothill is in a rebuilding stage," said Mayes. "It may be the first time Foothill struggles to get out of the gate.

"With five new freshmen on baord, it will be up to Aricia and the rest of the seniors to quickly get everyone on the same page."
