Roundup: Samantha Silva ties, wins game for Cimarron-Memorial

Samantha Silva scored the equalizer, then had the go-ahead goal with 15 minutes remaining to give Cimarron-Memorial’s girls soccer team a 3-2 win over visiting Legacy on Wednesday.

Ashlee Hackett had a goal, and Kaylee Nerio supplied two assists for the Spartans.

Gabriella Lancaster scored both goals for Legacy.

Cheyenne 3, Clark 2 — At Cheyenne, Aliyah Thomas scored two goals and had an assist as the Desert Shields held on to beat the Chargers.

Yadira Erives had a goal and an assist for the Desert Shields, who scored the first two goals in the second half after a 1-1 halftime tie.

Jacqueline Gonzalez-Blanco and Kiary Valenzuela scored for the Chargers.

Centennial 3, Shadow Ridge 0 — At Shadow Ridge, Marcella Brooks scored twice to help the Bulldogs shut out the Mustangs.

Dona Acierto had a goal and an assist for the Bulldogs, and Addison Riddle made seven saves in the shutout and had an assist.

Arbor View 7, Faith Lutheran 2 — At Faith Lutheran, Hannah Ferrara and Deja Erickson each tallied three goals and an assist to power the Aggies past the Crusaders.

Allyssa Larkin added a goal, and Jolianna Meyers supplied an assist for Arbor View, which led 5-1 at halftime.

Kennedy Lazenby had a goal and an assist, and Amelia McManus scored a goal for Faith Lutheran.

Sunrise Mountain 8, Desert Pines 3 — At Desert Pines, Alexandra Trinidad scored six goals to power the Miners by the Jaguars.

Yovana Alvidrez, and Brisa Pena-Martinez also scored for Sunrise Mountain.

Lizuly Mireles-Gutierrez scored twice, and teammate Carmen Hernandez also found the net for Desert Pines.

Western 8, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, Caro Acosta, Kayla Tapanes and Devany Marroquin each supplied two goals and an assist as the Warriors blanked the Rattlers.

Gissell Rodriguez and Tatiana Garcia also scored for Western.

Nicol Declaro earned the shutout in goal for the Warriors.
