ROUNDUP: Olive’s two goals lift Spartans to tie with Desert Shields

Mariah Olive scored her second goal in the final minute of the match Thursday to allow Cimarron-Memorial’s girls soccer team to earn a 2-2 tie at Cheyenne.

Mackenzie Smith tallied a goal and an assist, and Adriana Basin also scored for the Desert Shields.

Desert Oasis 0, Spring Valley 0 — At Desert Oasis, Tiara Rosenberg made six saves to allow the Diamondbacks to earn a scoreless tie with the Grizzlies.

Megan Delaney made eight saves for the Grizzlies, who had their season-long, seven-match league winning streak snapped.

Durango 3, Western 2 — At Western, Michelle Lorza netted two goals to lift the Trailblazers past the Warriors.

Bailey Allen also scored for Durango.

Jennifer Yanez had a goal and an assist for Western, which also got a goal from Maria Ramirez.

Sierra Vista 4, Clark 1 — At Clark, Claudia Reyes tallied two goals as the Mountain Lions downed the Chargers.

Sophia Omidiji and Courtney Shay each added a goal and an assist for Sierra Vista.

Rachel Soohoo scored for Clark.

Bishop Gorman 9, Bonanza 0 — At Bonanza, Haley Wingender recorded four goals and an assist, and Charlotte Brascia and Sierra Doehrmann each scored twice as the Gaels routed the Bengals.

Mia Moore added a goal and two assists for Gorman, which got two assists apiece from Kayla Brinkman and Malika Markham.

Samantha Higgins and Anjelica Pawlowski combined on the shutout.

Shadow Ridge 5, Legacy 0 — At Shadow Ridge, Meghan Cordero racked up three goals and an assist as the Mustangs blanked the Longhorns.

Gabby Gonzales scored twice for Shadow Ridge.

Alexa Murrietta and Dallas Gunny combined on the shutout.

Palo Verde 10, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, Sila Tuiofea scored three goals, and Autumn Alderson added two goals and an assist as the Panthers routed the Rattlers.

Jordan Fleming tallied one goal and two assists, and Christene Whitaker, Sammi Sawicki, Mackenzie Nogues and Sierra Pagan also scored for Palo Verde.

Jordan Goyeau was in goal for the shutout.
