ROUNDUP: Munoz gives Tech top seed in Southeast, ends Coronado’s unbeaten streak

Rafael Munoz scored the lone goal of the match with 10 minutes remaining Wednesday as Tech’s boys soccer team wrapped up the Southeast League title with a 1-0 win over visiting Coronado.
Abel Hernandez’s cross deflected off Coronado goalkeeper Danny Sellitti and ricocheted to Munoz, who knocked in the loose ball to give the Roadrunners (13-1-4, 11-1-2 Southeast) the lead.
Abdel Rodriquez recorded the shutout for Tech, which snapped Coronado’s (12-1-7, 8-1-5) 19-match unbeaten streak.
Valley 8, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At Sunrise Mountain, Carlos Flores and Antonio Velazquez each scored twice as the Vikings blanked the Miners and secured the Northeast League title.
Julio Borjas added a goal and two assists, and Salvador Martinez had a goal and an assist for Valley (10-1-6, 9-0-5 Northeast).
Adolfo Hernandez and Eddie Flores also scored for the Vikings.
Goalkeepers Jesus Barrientos and Carlos Pena combined on the shutout for Valley.
Las Vegas 1, Canyon Springs 1 — At Canyon Springs, Ruben Amezcua scored a second-half goal on a free kick to allow the Wildcats to tie the Pioneers.
Eric Ruiz gave Canyon Springs a 1-0 halftime lead.
Eldorado 3, Chaparral 0 — At Chaparral, Luis Cruz, Aaron Vidales and Jesse Mara each tallied a goal as the Sundevils blanked the Cowboys to secure a spot in the postseason.
Daniel Perez recorded the shutout for Eldorado.
Desert Pines 3, Rancho 0 — At Desert Pines, Francisco Lopez scored twice to lift the Jaguars past the Rams.
Angel Gonzalez recorded the shutout for Desert Pines.
Del Sol 4, Green Valley 2 — At Del Sol, Roberto Perez and Jesse Romero each notched a goal and an assist to rally the Dragons past the Gators.
Mauro Hernandez and Jose Osorio also scored for Del Sol, which trailed 2-1 at halftime.
Matthew Babas scored both first-half goals for the Gators, converting a penalty kick and redirecting a header.
Silverado 3, Liberty 3 — At Liberty, Daniel Musovski scored twice to help the Patriots draw even with the Skyhawks.
Oscar Palma also scored for Liberty.
Michael Maldonado, Devin Diego and Chase Leaders each scored a goal for Silverado, which qualified for the playoffs.
Basic 5, Foothill 1 — At Foothill, Lex Freeman scored twice, and Weston Crum added a goal and an assist to power the Wolves past the Falcons.
Jose Amaya and Cesar Mendez also scored for Basic.
Frankie Tumminello tallied Foothill’s goal.
GIRLS
Boulder City 1, Faith Lutheran 0 — At Boulder City, Tasja Toumasis scored on an assist from Marque Waldo as the Eagles nipped the Crusaders.
Goalkeeper Mikaela Stevens made 10 saves to earn the shutout.
