Roundup: Valley gets by Mojave on road

Valley’s Andy Gonzalez, Axel Leon, Samuel Milenge, and Jorge Rodriguez each scored one goal to help the boys soccer team nab a 4-3 road win over Mojave on Friday afternoon.

Felix Perez scored two goals and Jonathan Gonzalez scored one goal for the Rattlers.

Tech 8, Basic 0 — At Basic, Alan Lopez had a hat trick to propel the Roadrunners to a shutout win over the Wolves.

Cruz Velasquez scored twice, and Emmanuel Flores, Alex Meija and Ricardo Felipe scored one goal apiece for Tech.

Yobani Garcia-Benitez made two saves to net the clean sheet.

Pahrump Valley 9, The Meadows 1 — At The Meadows, Abraham Alvarez scored three goals as the Trojans rolled past the Mustangs.

Pahrump Valley’s Jose Chavez also scored two goals and had two assists, Vincent DiBlasi and Christian Gonzalez each scored one goal and had one assist, and Sergio Sanchez and Alvaro Garcia each scored one goal.

Tech 3, Basic 0 — At Tech, Gianna Mestas had two goals to help the Roadrunners knock off the Wolves.

Alysia Mestas added a goal for Tech, and Analysa Zepeda had three assists.

Keeper Mayra Camarena had three saves to pick up the clean sheet.
