Roundup: Jimi Villasenor powers Cimarorn over Eldorado

Jimi Villasenor scored twice Tuesday to lead the Cimarron-Memorial bys soccer team at home over Eldorado, 3-0.

Adrian Galvan added a goal for Cimarron, which led 1-0 at the half.

Dylan Crosby-Moghadam made four saves to earn the shutout.

Arbor View 2, Centennial 1 — At Arbor View, Nicklaus Dongmann scored as the Aggies edged the Bulldogs.

Arbor View also scored on an own goal.

Jacob Mecham scored for the Bulldogs.

Canyon Springs 2, Valley 0 — At Canyon Springs, Edgar Donate and Eduardo Quintero-Rodriguez each scored a goal as the Pioneers blanked the Vikings.

Goalkeeper Miguel Duenas had three saves and notched the shutout for Canyon Springs.

Mojave 4, Adelson School 0 — At Mojave, Chris Reyes scored twice as the Rattlers scored four second-half goals to down the Lions.

Felipe Duran and Anibal Ponce also scored for the Rattlers.

Jesus Angul recorded the shutout.

Sunrise Mountain 8, Pahrump Valley 0 — At Pahrump, Angel Arreola had four goals and two assists as the Miners rolled past the Trojans.

Bryan Martinez had three goals and an assist for the Miners, and Bryan Jimenez-Vazquez had a goal.

Jordi Garibay had two saves in the shutout.

Desert Pines 10, Cheyenne 0 — At Desert Pines, Hector Zamilpa-Romero and Joel Sanchez each recorded hat tricks in the Jaguars’ rout of the Desert Shields.

Eduardo Flores had a goal and two assists for the Jaguars, and Erick Santillan and Nestor Vivero-Mera each had a goal and an assist.

Justin Becerra recorded the shutout.

SLAM Academy 2, The Meadows 1 — At The Meadows, the Bulls scored in the final five minutes to defeat the Mustangs.
