ROUNDUP: Cimarron boys win, grab third place in Northwest

Skyler Hinerman and Kevin Romero each had a goal Friday to help Cimarron-Memorial’s boys soccer team take over sole possession of third place in the Northwest League with a 2-0 win over visiting Arbor View.
Alex Ramirez and Pedro Carrera combined on the shutout for the Spartans, who improved to 6-3-1 in league play. Arbor View fell to 5-4-1 in the league.
Cheyenne 2, Shadow Ridge 2 — At Shadow Ridge, Cody Fitzhugh and Juan Gutierrez each scored a second-half goal to help the host Mustangs earn a tie with Cheyenne.
Heber Chavez and Jackson Collins scored for the Desert Shields.
Legacy 4, Mojave 0 — At Legacy, Andrew Salazar had two goals, and the host Longhorns did all of their scoring in the second half as Legacy blanked Mojave.
Julio Uribe and Oscar Ramirez each scored for Legacy.
Edgar Reynoso made one save to record a shutout.
Centennial 3, Faith Lutheran 0— At Centennial, Chance Rosa had two goals and an assist to help the Bulldogs defeat Faith Lutheran.
Parker Smith also scored for the Bulldogs.
Julien Mihy earned Centennial’s seventh straight shutout.
Bishop Gorman 1, Spring Valley 0 — At Spring Valley, Michael Gray scored midway through the second half to lift the visiting Gaels past the Grizzlies.
Thomas Olsen made four saves to record the shutout.
Bonanza 1, Western 1 — At Western, Eduardo Hernandez’s first-half goal gave the host Warriors a 1-0 lead, but Bonanza’s Kevin Fuentes tied the match midway through the second half as the teams played to a draw.
Sierra Vista 0, Desert Oasis 0 — At Desert Oasis, the Diamondbacks’ Ulysses Arias and Sierra Vista’s Francisco Cruz each recorded a shutout in a scoreless tie.
Durango 0, Pahrump Valley 0 — At Durango, Jorge Arauz made 15 saves as the host Trailblazers tied Pahrump.
