ARBOR VIEW — Football player Salah Boyce had six carries for 113 yards and two TDs in a 42-0 win over Durango. Girls golfer Betsy Branton finished fourth at the Sunset Region tournament to qualify for state.

BISHOP GORMAN — Boys tennis player Dylan Leavitt won the Sunset Region singles tournament. Girls soccer player Kaila Brinkmanhad four goals against Legacy and three goals against Desert Oasis.

BOULDER CITY — Girls golfer Jordyn Syler finished sixth at the Division I-A state tournament. Football player Xavier Steel had eight carries for 125 yards and three TDs and caught a 51-yard touchdown pass in the first half of a 64-12 win over Sunrise Mountain.

CENTENNIAL — Girls vgolfer Kianna Arizmendi qualified for the Division I state tournament. Football player David Porter returned an interception 35 yards for a score in a 36-19 win over Desert Oasis.

CIMARRON-MEMORIAL — Girls golfer Aspen Bryant shot 11-over-par 83 to win the Sunset Region tournament.

DESERT OASIS — Girls tennis player Hannah Godfrey won her first-round singles match 6-0, 6-3 in the Sunset Region individual tournament. Boys soccer player Eric Biorato scored two first-half goals in a 2-0 win over Cimarron-Memorial.

GREEN VALLEY — Girls cross country runner Sara Braverman won the sophomore race at the Bud O’Dea Frosh-Soph Championships. Boys cross country runner Lenny Rubi won the freshman race at the Bud O’Dea Frosh-Soph Championships.

LIBERTY — Boys cross country runner Chuckie Custer placed first in a meet with Basic, recording a time of 14 minutes, 23.3 seconds for 2.5 miles.

MOUNTAIN VIEW — Girls golfer Rachel Horita won the Division III state golf tournament with a two-day total of 46-over-par 190. Football player Ian Locke completed 13 of 17 passes for 145 yards and two TDs and also ran for a touchdown in a 65-6 win over Livermore Valley Charger (Calif.).

PALO VERDE — Girls golfer Alison Ryu tied for seventh at the Sunset Region tournament with a 23-over-par 95. Football player Darrion Finn had three rushes for 53 yards and three TDs and recorded three tackles in a 45-0 win over Spring Valley.

SIERRA VISTA — Girls soccer player Calista Reyes had three goals in a 5-2 win over Spring Valley. Boys soccer player Miles McRae had three goals and an assist in a 5-1 victory over Spring Valley.

SILVERADO — Girls volleyball player Morgan Little had 12 assists and 10 digs in a 3-0 victory over Valley.
