The senior won a 3.1-mile race at Palo Verde in 17 minutes, 3 seconds to lead the Aggies to victory in a seven-team meet.

Raquel Chavez, Basic

The junior finished first to lead the Wolves to victory in a five-team meet at Cornerstone Park, covering the 2-mile course in 13 minutes, 2 seconds.

Kenyon Oblad, Liberty

The senior quarterback passed for 288 yards in a 49-14 win over Green Valley, giving him the state’s career passing yardage record with 10,318 yards.

Girls golf

Hailey Stevenson, Centennial

The sophomore shot 5-under-par 67 at Paiute to earn medalist honors and lead the Bulldogs to a four-stroke win over Palo Verde in a six-team Northwest League match.

Boys soccer

Joel Sanchez, Desert Pines

The junior had seven goals and an assist in two games last week, leading the Jaguars to blowout road victories over Mojave and Virgin Valley

Taylor Book, Coronado

The sophomore registered two shutouts last week, including making three saves in a 1-0 road victory over Green Valley to keep the Cougars undefeated in Southeast League play. She has not allowed a goal in three league games.

The junior posted a combined 5-0 singles record in wins over Foothill and Silverado in the final week of the regular season.

Audrey Both-Collins, Clark

The sophomore helped the Chargers cap a phenomenal regular season by posting a 3-0 singles record against Spring Valley last week.

Anuhea Faitau, Durango

The sophomore had 66 assists, 13 aces and 18 digs to lead the Trailblazers to wins over Clark, Legacy and Sierra Vista.
