Palo Verde’s JV drops Miners to 0-3

Palo Verde's junior varsity had no problem with Sunrise Mountain on Friday night, beating the first-year Miners 50-0 to drop the team to 0-3.

Sophomore Demaryae Williams scored three touchdowns on four carries, compiling 101 yards. Junior Donald Anderson supplied a 63-yard touchdown on a punt return.

For Sunrise Mountain, freshman quarterback Chris Moore had six completions for 82 yards, including a 50-yarder to Cody Trapp.
