Hansen’s four TDs, stout defense lead Panthers past Avalon

Chase Hansen scored four touchdowns, and Pahranagat Valley (2-0) held Avalon (Calif.) to 2 net yards and no first downs Saturday as the Panthers rolled to a 54-0 win in Long Beach, Calif.

Hansen scored on runs of 52 and 3 yards in the first quarter and punt returns of 20 and 46 in the second. Pahranagat Valley did all of its scoring in the first half.

Cody Hosier completed 6 of 8 passes for 122 yards, hooking up with Kade Wadsworth for a 16-yard touchdown and Tyler Higbee for a 38-yard score.

Austin Poulsen added a 2-yard touchdown run.
