Bonanza’s Brett Doyle passed for two touchdowns and ran for two, sparking the Bengals (6-1, 5-1 Southwest) to a 52-15 home win over the Clark (2-4, 2-4) on Thursday.
Doyle scored on an 11-yard run on the first possession and connected with Jordan Ozosky for a 70-yard TD on the next. After a 39-yard field goal by Austin Rowe and a 9-yard TD run by Rico Soto, Doyle found Colton Bennion for a 20-yard TD to make it 31-7 at halftime.
Doyle, who finished with 186 yards passing, scored on a 17-yard run in the third quarter, and Jayveon Taylor added rushing TDs of 18 and 20 yards.
Clark’s Deyon McKinney scored on runs of 45 and 47 yards and finished with 101 on nine carries.
