Bishop Gorman wide receiver Jalen Nailor commits to Arizona State

Bishop Gorman wide receiver Jalen Nailor announced via Twitter on Saturday that he will be playing football at Arizona State next season. Nailor’s commitment is nonbinding and ASU coaches cannot comment until he officially signs.

Nailor, a three-star recruit, is the consensus top wide receiver in Nevada, according to major scouting services. He ranked as the top returning wide receiver in Nevada Preps’ top five list of returning pass catchers, and second overall.

The 6-foot, 182-pound Nailor led the Gaels with 52 receptions for 929 yards and 14 touchdowns in helping Gorman go 15-0 and win its third consecutive mythical national championship.

With the Sun Devils, Nailor will be reunited with former teammate and defensive back Alex Perry, who graduated in 2017.
