Outlook: The Aggies have won the Northwest League title and finished second to Bishop Gorman in the Sunset Region in each of the last three seasons.

Arbor View is again the favorite in the Northwest and should be among the contenders to make the Sunset title game.

Stubbs, who has a scholarship offer from Southern Utah, will key the offense. He rushed for 783 yards and six TDs and hauled in 45 passes for 748 yards and 13 scores last season.

With Bollinger’s graduation, Stubbs may see more carries in Arbor View’s traditional double wing. Hannie (722 rushing yards, eight TDs) gives the Aggies a solid second running option.

On defense, Wade should be among the state’s top linemen. He had 50 tackles last season and holds more than 25 scholarship offers, including one from Alabama. He’ll need to soften the loss of Rogers (59 tackles, six sacks), who is playing for UCLA.

Stubbs and Herron, who has an offer from Brigham Young, will anchor the secondary.

“We hope to repeat as Northwest champs and play Gorman as late as possible,” Barnson said.
