Outlook: Lake Mead returns to Division III this season after playing just one game as an Independent a year ago (a 34-6 win over Indian Springs).

Ramsey is one of just three seniors on the roster. He will look to make strong contributions from both quarterback and running back in the team's "Dogbone" offense, which is a variation of the wishbone.

Bryan and Laswell, the other two seniors, will anchor the defense at linebacker.

"With some breaks and avoiding injuries, Lake Mead could contend for a playoff spot," Johnson said.
