Roundup: Ryann Reese, Boulder City shut out Liberty

Ryann Reese caught two touchdown passes from Nicole Valle, and teammate Nikki Meleo ran for 153 yards on 16 carries to help Boulder City’s flag football team earn a 20-0 home win over Liberty on Wednesday.

Meleo also had nine tackles on defense, and Valle ran for a 5-yard touchdown for Boulder City.

Cimarron-Memorial 35, Sunrise Mountain 6 — At Sunrise Mountain, Tiarra Del Rosario completed 15 of 18 passes for 305 yards and three touchdowns, and had an interception on defense, to power the Spartans by the Miners.

Samantha Silva hauled in eight catches for 117 yards and three scores for Cimarron.

Genesis Nickerson had a rushing TD, and teammate Maya Bethea supplied 72 receiving yards and a score for the Spartans.

Arbor View 51, Spring Valley 6 — At Arbor View, Brittnee Kublick completed 18 of 24 passes for 200 yards and two touchdowns as the Aggies routed the Grizzlies.

Melanie Murphy had two TD catches, and Jasmine Gordon supplied 10 carries for 83 yards and two scores for Arbor View.

Haylee Niemann and Alexis Wolfe each had two interceptions for the Aggies.

Eldorado 32, Western 30 — At Western, the Sundevils grabbed a 20-12 halftime lead before holding off the Warriors.

Western’s Cesia Navas caught two touchdowns, and teammate Koloa Makaafi ran for two touchdowns.

Nicole Declaro had a passing touchdown and a rushing score, and Yareth Medina also threw a touchdown for the Warriors.

Cheyenne 32, Canyon Springs 6 — At Cheyenne, the Desert Shields scored 20 unanswered points in the second half to pull away from the Pioneers.

Foothill 41, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, the Falcons built a 27-0 halftime lead before downing the Rattlers.

Madisyn McArthur completed 10 of 18 passes for 135 yards and a touchdown, and ran for 68 yards and a score for Foothill.
