FLAG FOOTBALL: Ritter helps Centennial top Arbor View

Lauren Ritter rushed for 81 yards and a touchdown on nine carries to help Centennial’s flag football team to a 19-6 home win over Arbor View on Monday.

Ritter scored on a 3-yard TD run. Alexis Girardi added a 10-yard scoring run, and Brittany Karst caught a 15-yard touchdown pass from Aliyah Wyrick for the Bulldogs.

Eldorado 14, Coronado 7 — At Eldorado, Christina Gewerth’s tackle at the 1-yard line as time expired helped the Sundevils hold off the Cougars.

Shelby Johnson rushed for a touchdown, and Alonshea Haislip threw a touchdown pass to Sophia Johnson for Eldorado.

Boulder City 20, Green Valley 13 — At Green Valley, Paige Buettner rushed for 74 yards and two TDs as the Eagles topped the Gators.

Jeanne Carmell rushed for 89 yards and passed for 170 yards and a TD for Boulder City. Kinsey Smyth had eight catches for 69 yards and a score for the Eagles.

Adelia Sigala led Green Valley with 78 yards rushing and a touchdown on 13 carries. Sigala also passed for 126 yards and a touchdown to Isabel Madrid, who caught four passes for 72 yards.

Desert Oasis 19, Clark 0 — At Desert Oasis, the Diamondbacks scored three second-half TDs to top the Chargers.

Kylee Bauer and Izriah Hodson each had a 1-yard touchdown run, and Shonda Badayos hit Sydni Aldan with a 12-yard scoring pass.

Hodson rushed for 70 yards on 10 carries, and Ariel Blockovich had six catches for 107 yards.

Foothill 36, Chaparral 0 — At Foothill, Jadyn McArthur completed 23 of 33 passes for 361 yards and five TDs to power the Falcons over the Cowboys.

Renee Ritchie caught nine passes for 193 yards and three TDs, and Emily Russell had eight catches for 83 yards and a touchdown for Foothill.

Kayla DeLaMora caught a TD pass, and Marissa Brackett had a rushing TD for Foothill.

Cimarron-Memorial 50, Mojave 14 — At Cimarron, Jaymee Luke threw five touchdown passes and ran for two scores as the Spartans routed the Rattlers.

Luke completed 16 of 24 passes for 147 yards with an interception. She also rushed for 169 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries.

DeShan Cambrit caught two of Luke’s touchdown passes. Rosie Del Rosario, Briana Callejo and Alyssa Karpinski each added a TD reception for Cimarron.

Basic 34, Tech 12 — At Basic, Alexandria Kelly returned an interception 80 yards for a touchdown to help the Wolves beat the Roadrunners.

Virgin Valley 48, Western 6 — At Mesquite, the Bulldogs rolled past the Warriors.
