ROUNDUP: Thormahlen, Indian Springs girls top Round Mountain

Heather Thormahlen scored nine points Tuesday to help Indian Springs girls basketball team defeat visiting Round Mountain, 28-14 in a Division IV Southern League quarterfinal.

The Thunderbirds (8-11) advance to meet top-seeded Tonopah at 6:20 p.m. Friday at Chaparral.

Morgan Manley paced the Knights (5-14) with eight points.

Agassi Prep 50, The Meadows 42 — At Mountain View, London Ward had 12 points and five rebounds to help the Stars (10-10) defeat the Mustangs in a Division III Southern League play-in game.

Javoulaee Green added 11 points and seven rebounds for Agassi Prep, which will meet top-seeded Calvary Chapel at 3 p.m. Friday at Sunrise Mountain.

Nikki Lenardson and Delaney Gosse had 12 points each for The Meadows (13-10).
