Roundup: Julia Reid leads Chargers past Sierra Vista

Clark’s Julia Reid had 10 points and 15 rebounds as the Chargers rallied for a 42-37 home win over Sierra Vista on Tuesday.

Marieka Dent scored 12 points, and Coraly Dupree pulled down 17 rebounds for Clark, which trailed 33-29 after three quarters.

Sierra Vista’s Alexis Hansen had a game-high 20 points, and Ashley Hansen scored 13 for the Mountain Lions.

Desert Oasis 60, Bishop Gorman 53 — At Desert Oasis, Dajaah Lightfoot scored 14 points as the Diamondbacks defeated the Gaels.

Sierra Mich’l and Desi-Rae Young each added 10 points for Desert Oasis, which led 33-25 at halftime.

Georgia Ohiaeri had 16 points, and teammate Shaira Young supplied 14 points to lead the Diamondbacks.

Desert Pines 39, Las Vegas 35 — At Las Vegas High, Destiny Weathers had 12 points as the Jaguars beat the Wildcats in overtime.

Elasjanae Burns had 11 points for the Jaguars, who held Las Vegas scoreless in overtime.

Alexiz Jenkins had 10 points for Las Vegas, who outscored Desert Pines 17-9 in the fourth quarter to force overtime.

Moapa Valley 59, Boulder City 45 — At Boulder City, Lainey Cornwall had a game-high 27 points to power the Pirates past the Eagles.

Kaitlyn Anderson had 13 points, and Shelbi Walker scored nine for Moapa Valley, which led 34-22 at halftime.

Ellie Howard led Boulder City with 22 points, and Setia Cox scored eight for the Eagles.

Valley 66, Eldorado 37 — At Valley, Jeuzel Pollins had 15 points and five assists to lead the Vikings to victory over the Sundevils.

Lauryn Shockley added 14 points, Debra Schuster had 13 points and eight rebounds, and Krystal Carter had eight points and 10 rebounds for Valley.

Kiara Brown scored 10 for the Vikings.

Roshonda Stevens had 13 points, and Joniesha Thomas scored 12 for Eldorado.

Virgin Valley 54, Chaparral 37 — At Mesquite, Nathalie Lagamayo scored 18 points as the Bulldogs defeated the Cowboys.

Alexis Boatright added 11 points for Virgin Valley, which raced out to a 25-12 halftime lead.

Emani White and Erika Neal each scored 10 points to lead Chaparral.

Spring Valley 90, Durango 38 — At Durango, Essence Booker scored 25 points as the Grizzlies routed the Trailblazers.

Kiana Turenne had 21 points,and Jalynn Webster scored 13 for Spring Valley, which bolted to a 60-19 halftime lead.

Dar’Juanah Harris had 14 points, and Analiyah Matthews scored 12 for Durango.

Lake Mead 56, Mountain View 39 — At Lake Mead, Lauryn Freund had 16 points to lead the Eagles over the Saints.

Allee Butz added 14 points for Lake Mead, which opened the game on a 15-2 run.

Sydney Stanton led Mountain View with 15 points, and teammate Jordan Spriggs scored 13.

Needles 75, Adelson School 8 — At Needles, California, Jasmine Mejia had 14 points as the Mustangs routed the Lions.

Preslee Murch added 13 points, and Brooklyn McCorkle scored 12 for Needles, which held Adelson School scoreless in the first and fourth quarters.

Caroline Atlman scored all eight points for the Lions.

Tech 47, Sky Pointe 5 — At Tech, Jessica Gamatero, Jazlyn Domingo-Naval and Jessica Falline each scored eight points as the Roadrunners blitzed the Eagles.

Makenna Faught added six points for Tech, which held Sky Pointe scoreless in the first quarter.

Indian Springs 26, Innovations International 5 — At Indian Springs, Bo DuBray scored 12 points to help the Thunderbirds stymie the Ambassadors.

Kayla Noyes added six points for Indian Springs, which led 23-4 at halftime.

Democracy Prep 37, Laughlin 36 — At Laughlin, the Blue Knights scored the final five points of overtime to nip the Cougars.
