GIRLS BASKETBALL: Price, Longhorns top host Sundevils

Otilia Price scored 13 points Friday to help Legacy’s girls basketball team to a 50-44 win at Eldorado.

Dar’Juanah Harris added eight points for the Longhorns, who had 11 players score.

Deasia Walker scored 17 points to lead the Sundevils, who got 11 points from Daria Lomasney and 10 rebounds from Skyler Lomasney.

Spring Valley 59, Durango 46 — At Spring Valley, Essence Booker had 18 points, seven assists and seven steals to guide the Grizzlies past the Trailblazers.

Kayla Harris had 18 points and six assists, and Myra Tadytin added six points and 11 rebounds for Spring Valley.

Brittany Romo scored 17 points, and Jazmin Chavez supplied 15 points to lead Durango.

Faith Lutheran 56, Fernley 16 — At Reno, Kim Munro and Haley Vinson each scored 10 points as the Crusaders ran away from the Vaqueros in the High Sierra Winter Challenge.

Faith Lutheran led 30-7 at the half and kept pulling away.

Grace DeLeon led Fernley with 11 points.
