GIRLS BASKETBALL: Floyd scores 30 as Chargers nip Mojave

Bobbi Floyd scored 30 points Monday to lead Clark’s girls basketball team to a 54-48 win at Mojave.

Karlicia Stroughter added 11 points for the Chargers.

RayEna Rael scored 19 points, and Keyara Lemon added 13 points for the Rattlers.

Shadow Ridge 55, Legacy 52 — At Legacy, Ciera DaPra scored 16 points as the Mustangs downed the Longhorns in overtime.

Aubree Nish had 12 points, and Amira King added 11 points for Shadow Ridge, which scored all nine of its overtime points from the free-throw line.

Otilla Price had 12 points, 11 rebounds and six blocks, and Aviona Clark scored 10 for Legacy, which forced overtime on TaEha Pankey’s buzzer-beating jump shot at the end of regulation.

Virgin Valley 42, Sunrise Mountain 37 — At Sunrise Mountain, Bernice Fiso had 14 points to help the Bulldogs rally by the Miners.

Spencer Green added 12 points, and Kourtney Metzger scored 10 for Virgin Valley, which trailed 31-28 after three quarters.

Tayaa Pratt led Sunrise Mountain with 10 points.

Faith Lutheran 59, Western 50 — At Western, Haley Vinson scored 24 points to lead the Crusaders past the Warriors.

Madison Bocobo added 12 points for Faith Lutheran, which led 21-10 after one quarter.

Destiny Gonzalez scored 21 points, and Lanisha Walker added 13 points for Western, which also got 12 points from Capricia Pierce.

Desert Pines 52, Del Sol 40 — At Desert Pines, Chrystian Myles had 22 points, five assists and eight steals to lead the Jaguars by the Dragons.

Jordan Bailey added 13 points and four assists, and See’Airrah Evans-Collins had nine points and 17 rebounds for Desert Pines. Brianna Fitzgerald grabbed 10 rebounds for Desert Pines.

Azhwalaee Oliver led Del Sol with 11 points, and Astrid Rodriguez scored 10 points.

Cheyenne 50, Pahrump Valley 38 — At Cheyenne, Bria Buchanan had 14 points and 10 rebounds to help the Desert Shields down the Trojans.

Alexcia Weatherly had 15 points for Cheyenne.

Alyssa Murphy had 15 points, and Shayla Dance scored 10 for Pahrump.

Boulder City 43, Moapa Valley 30 — At Overton, Katlyn Daly had 13 points, nine rebounds and three assists to help the Eagles top the Pirates.

Megan Morton added 13 points for Boulder City.

Spring Valley 68, Sierra Vista 32 — At Sierra Vista, Essence Booker and Bria Hardin-Davidson each scored 16 points to lead the Grizzlies past the Mountain Lions.

Kayla Harris scored 11 points, and Lynnae Wilds added 10 points for Spring Valley.

Iymoni Burrell scored nine points to lead Sierra Vista.

Bishop Gorman 59, Palo Verde 24 — At Gorman, Raychel Stanley scored 17 points to lead the Gaels in a rout over the Panthers.

Skylar Jackson and Megan Jacobs scored 12 points each, and Madison Washington scored 10 points for Gorman, which led 39-6 at the half.

Paulina Silcox scored 14 points for Palo Verde.

Chaparral 49, Tech 14 — At Chaparral, Taij Criss-Felton scored all 20 of her points in the first half as the Cowboys rolled by the Roadrunners.

Marcia Hawkins added seven points for Chaparral, which led 42-4 at the half.

Leslie Williams led Tech with five points.
