GIRLS BASKETBALL: Deloney’s double-double lifts Wolves past Roadrunners

Dana Deloney had 32 points and 10 rebounds Thursday to help host Basic’s girls basketball team to a 50-31 win over Tech.

Ginalyn Biano and Jasmine Haywood each had eight points for the Roadrunners.

Canyon Springs 55, Arbor View 35 — At Canyon Springs, Alexia Thrower scored 19 points as the Pioneers routed the Aggies.

Daijhan Cooks added 11 points for Canyon Springs.

Janae Strode scored 15 points to lead Arbor View.

Coronado 62, Silverado 37 — At Silverado, Samantha Green led three double-figure scorers with 18 points as the Cougars topped the Skyhawks.

Kayla Watterson had 13 points, and Karlie Thorn scored 12 for Coronado, which used a 35-14 run in the middle two quarters.

Silverado’s Monet Salazar had 15 points.

Bonanza 49, Shadow Ridge 35 — At Shadow Ridge, Alyssa Powers led all scorers with 18 points as the Bengals downed the Mustangs.

Brooklyn Savage added 11 points for Bonanza.

Assana King, Alexa Martins and Tomi Dunn each scored six points for Shadow Ridge.

Rancho 21, Desert Pines 13 — At Desert Pines, the Rams held the Jaguars scoreless until the third quarter on their way to the win.

Mauren Macato had six points for Rancho, which led 9-7 after three quarters.

Jordan Bailey had five points, and See’Airrah Evans-Collins grabbed 13 rebounds for Rancho.

Cimarron-Memorial 55, Valley 21 — At Valley, Shauntel Efferson scored 16 points to lead the Spartans by the Vikings.

Ashli Tyus added 14 points for Cimarron, which used a 16-3 first-quarter run to pull away.

Hannah Geberyesus grabbed seven rebounds, and Michala Eskridge had seven blocks for Valley.

Green Valley 58, Del Sol 17 — At Del Sol, Ellee Barton had 10 points to lead the Gators by the Dragons.

Yamilei Rodriguez added nine points for Green Valley, which led 36-12 at halftime.

Astrid Rodriguez paced Del Sol with 10 points.

Liberty 77, Durango 34 — At Durango, Paris Strawther had 18 points and 16 rebounds, and teammate Nancy Caballero added 12 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Patriots past the Trailblazers.

Kealy Brown added 13 points, and Kaily Kaimikaua scored 11 points for Liberty.

Brittany Romo led Durango with 18 points.

Centennial 64, Las Vegas 18 — At Las Vegas, Pam Wilmore scored 16 points, and the Bulldogs grabbed a 51-13 halftime lead on their way to a rout of the Wildcats.

Jayden Eggleston added 13 points, and Justice Ethridge scored 12 for Centennial.

Bianca Matlock led Las Vegas with seven points.

Sunrise Mountain 54, Western 35 — At Western, Nina Carpenter scored 15 points as the Miners beat the Warriors.

Ayla Diaz added 11 points, and Tayaa Pratt had 10 points for Sunrise Mountain.

Capricia Pierce scored 15 points, and Destiny Gonzalez had 14 points to lead Western.

Faith Lutheran 50, Lowry 43 — At Sparks, Haley Vinson scored 17 points, and the Crusaders held the Buckaroos without a field goal in the first quarter on their way to a win in the High Sierra Winter Challenge at Spanish Springs.

Madison Bocobo added 10 points for Faith Lutheran, which led 13-2 after one quarter.

Jillian Albright led Lowry with 13 points.

Pahranagat Valley 46, Lake Mead 35 — At Calvary Chapel, Kalli Hosier had 16 points to help the Panthers top the Eagles in the Lake Mead Holiday Classic.

Karley Whipple added 10 points for Pahranagat Valley.

Savannah Schmidt led Lake Mead with 20 points.

Lake Mead 27, Indian Springs 17 — At Calvary Chapel, Schmidt had 11 points to help the Eagles top the Thunderbirds.

Cheyanne Noyes had 11 points for Indian Springs.

Boulder City 56, Calvary Chapel 20 — At Calvary Chapel, Megan Morton had 17 points, and Lauren Mullins scored 10 to lead the Eagles by the Lions in the Lake Mead Holiday Classic.

Marissa Tiemann led Calvary Chapel with eight points.

Calvary Chapel 21, Lutheran (Calif.) 5 — At Calvary Chapel, Tiemann had eight points as the Lions rolled to an easy win in the Lake Mead Holiday Classic.

West Wendover 30, Pahrump Valley 24 — At Calvary Chapel, Sydney Reamer had eight points as the Wolverines topped the Trojans in the Lake Mead Holiday Classic.

Alyssa Murphy had eight points for Pahrump.
