BASKETBALL: Tayah De’Bouck, Mountain View girls rally for win

Tayah De’Bouck had 22 points, seven rebounds and four steals Saturday to lead Mountain View’s girls basketball team to a 32-29 home win over The Meadows.

The Saints outscored the Mustangs 15-6 in the third quarter to tie the game at 23.

Tahsin Najmi led The Meadows with 14 points.

White Pine 58, Tonopah 15 — At Ely, the Bobcats routed the Muckers.

BOYS

The Meadows 67, Mountain View 48 — At Mountain View, Jake Epstein had 24 points as the Mustangs rolled past the Saints.

Joe Epstein added 10 points for The Meadows, which outscored Mountain View 16-2 in the second quarter to take a 33-16 halftime lead.

Terrence Brooks had 23 points and eight rebounds for Mountain View. Tyrell Brooks added 14 points and nine rebounds for the Saints.
