Roundup: Marvin Coleman powers Falcons to win

Marvin Coleman scored 23 points to lead Foothill’s boys basketball team to a 68-59 win over Bakersfield (California) in Los Angeles.

Collin Russell added 13 points, and Caleb Stearman scored 12 for the Falcons, who outscored the Drillers 15-9 in the third quarter to take a 55-39 lead.

Ronnie Stapp led Bakersfield with 20 points.

Findlay Prep 93, IMG Academy (Fla.) 79 — At Wheeling, West Virginia, Bol Bol had 26 points, seven rebounds and four blocked shots to help the Pilots down the Ascenders in the Cancer Research Classic.

Kyler Edwards added 25 points for Findlay, which led 68-67 entering the fourth quarter.

Reggie Chaney had 15 points and nine rebounds, and Connor Vanover scored 11 for the Pilots, who avenged their Dec. 22 loss to IMG. Findlay is ranked No. 9 nationally by USA Today.

Jahmius Ramsey had 29 points, and Darius Days scored 23 for IMG, ranked No. 13 nationally.
