ROUNDUP: Liberty boys move into semifinals at Torrey Pines

Milos Knezevic and Kenneth Peters each had 18 points to lead Liberty to a 68-56 win over Bakersfield (Calif.) Christian in the Torrey Pines Invitational in San Diego on Saturday.

Ashante Ross added 14 points for the Patriots, who hit eight 3-pointers. Liberty plays at 7 p.m. on Monday in the Senator’s Cup semifinals.

At the Rock Holiday Classic at Henderson International:
Findlay Prep 88, South Miami Senior (Fla.) 26 —the Pilots coasted to the Rock Holiday Classic win behind 20 points and six steals from Texas signee Avery Bradley.

Rasham Suarez scored 14 points and Victor Rudd 11 for Findlay Prep, which held South Miami Senior scoreless in the fourth quarter.

Ransom Everglades (Fla.) 40, Lake Mead 25 — At Henderson International, the Eagles were held to five points in the first half of a loss in the Rock Holiday Classic.

Demetrius Turner scored seven points to lead Lake Mead, which was outscored 6-1 in the second quarter.
   
Lake Mary Prep (Fla.) 74, Henderson International 55 — At Henderson International, the Wolverines fell in the Rock Holiday Classic despite 20 points from Danny Moerman.

Josh Young had 19 points and 11 rebounds for Henderson International, which also got 10 points from Clay Tormey.
