Gorman’s Collins selected for McDonald’s game

Bishop Gorman senior Zach Collins has been selected to play in the McDonald's All American game.
Collins is part of the 12-player West roster, which was announced on Sunday night.
The 6-foot-11-inch center is averaging 18.7 points, 13.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists for the Gaels. Collins, who has signed with Gonzaga, became the fourth Gorman player selected as a McDonald's All American.
Gorman had two players — post players Stephen Zimmerman and Chase Jeter — selected to the game last season.
The game will be played on March 30 at the United Center in Chicago.
