Jalen Graves scored nine of his 11 points in the third quarter Wednesday to help the Desert Pines to a 72-66 boys basketball win over host Liberty.
Trevon Abdullah-Booker had a game-high 30 points for the Jaguars, who outscored Liberty 25-10 in the third quarter to take a 53-46 lead.
Derrick Coleman added 18 points for Desert Pines.
Dyllan Robinson led Liberty with 17 points, and freshman teammate Julian Strawther scored 16. Braden Cain and Cameron Burist added 14 and 12 points, respectively, for the Patriots.
Shadow Ridge 73, Arbor View 68 — At Shadow Ridge, James Fuller scored 23 points, and Isaiah Williams added 18 points to lift the Mustangs over the Aggies.
Garin McFarlane added 13 points for Shadow Ridge.
Comillion Smith led Arbor View with 18 points, and Calvin Brooks scored 10 for the Aggies.
Rancho 47, Moapa Valley 42 — At Overton, Trayvon Cotton-Taylor scored 15 points as the Rams edged the Pirates.
Chrys Jackson had 14 points for Rancho, which outscored the Pirates 10-6 in the fourth quarter to hold on.
Trey Jones had 13 points, and teammates Tyler Peterson and Chase Kruse each scored 11 for Moapa Valley.
Sierra Vista 64, Del Sol 50 — At Del Sol, Maka Ellis scored 27 points to lead the Mountain Lions past the Dragons.
Chris McCoy had 12 points, and Maui SeraJosef scored 11 for Sierra Vista, which led 31-22 at halftime.
Jonathan Spearman led Del Sol with 29 points.
Spring Valley 69, Boulder City 53 — At Boulder City, Ryan Frazier had 22 points, and the Grizzlies pulled away late to beat the Eagles.
Keelan Wickersham added 11 points, and Joseph Johnson scored 10 for Spring Valley, which outscored the Eagles 23-11 in the fourth quarter.
The Grizzlies led 46-42 at the end of the third quarter, and the game was tied midway through the fourth quarter.
Karson Bailey paced Boulder City with 16 points. Justus Green had 10 points, seven rebounds and four assists for the Eagles.
Tech 65, Sunrise Mountain 54 — At Tech, Jurelle Orbino scored 20 points as the Roadrunners defeated the Miners.
Tyler Muwwakkil supplied 16 points and eight assists for Tech, which also got 14 points from Gary Johnson.
Trevor White scored 14 points, Stephen Wright had 12 points, and Steven Adeyemi added 11 points for Sunrise Mountain.
Silverado 62, Valley 44 — At Valley, Devin Ross scored 19 points to lead the Skyhawks past the Vikings.
Marcus Strawberry had 12 points, and Martell Williams supplied 10 points for Silverado, which outscored Valley 15-4 in the third quarter.
Tommy Anderson led Valley with 11 points.
Word of Life 63, Spring Mountain 45 — At Indian Springs, Jared House had 14 points to lead the Eagles over the Golden Eagles.
Jyeison Browning added 13 points for Word of Life, and teammate Darnell Murrell scored 10.
Anthony Garrett paced Spring Mountain with 23 points.
