ROUNDUP: Bravin drives in two to help Skyhawks edge Cougars

Josh Bravin was 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs to help Silverado to a 6-4 home win over Coronado on Wednesday.

Wyatt Reid went 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI for Silverado, which scored four runs in the fourth inning to take a 6-3 lead.

Kaleb Blyton was 2-for-2, and Chris Blake went 2-for-4 for Coronado.

Pahrump Valley 9, Desert Oasis 7 — At Pahrump, Eddie Martinez went 3-for-4 with a three-run home run to lead the Trojans past the Diamondbacks.

Sam Morrow allowed one earned run on two hits in five innings to get the win, and Auaki Alemeda homered for Pahrump.

Jordan Compehos was 3-for-4 for Desert Oasis.

Del Sol 12, Basic 7 — At Del Sol, Dylan Greer was 3-for-4 with a double, two RBIs and three runs, and Andrew Curfman went 2-for-4 including a triple, two runs and an RBI to lead the Dragons past the Wolves.

Del Sol scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth to pull away.

Joey Baggs and Luis Grullon each doubled for Del Sol, which got two hits apiece from David Day and Diego Robles. Robles scored three runs and Day added a run and an RBI.

Las Vegas 15, Desert Pines 0 — At Desert Pines, three pitchers combined on a no-hitter as the Wildcats rolled past the Jaguars in five innings.

Jesse Acosta threw three perfect innings with seven strikeouts to get the win. Daniel Ouzts and Jacob Tonda each followed with a hitless inning, though the relievers combined to walk three.

Dustin Cash went 3-for-4 with a double, a home run and three RBIs, and Jose Sanchez had three hits for Las Vegas.

Justin Cheney and Erick Fedde each added two hits for the Wildcats.

Durango 11, Bonanza 1 — At Durango, Will Morris fired a four-hitter with eight strikeouts as the Trailblazers rolled to the five-inning win.

Mike Sukeyasu was 2-for-2 with two home runs, three RBIs and three runs for Durango, and teammate Cameron Coombs went 3-for-3 with a homer, four RBIs and three runs scored.

Spring Valley 10, Western 0 — At Spring Valley, Robbie Brewster threw a two-hitter and went 2-for-3 with a double, a home run and three RBIs to lead the Grizzlies to the five-inning win.

Brewster walked three and struck out nine.

Green Valley 15, Tech 0 — At Tech, Guy Visconti tossed a four-hitter, and David George went 3-for-4 with a home run to lead the Gators past the Roadrunners in five innings.

Chad Whiteaker was 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles, and Jason Bradshaw went 3-for-4 with a double for Green Valley.

Zack Vergiels was 3-for-3 for the Gators.

Eldorado 16, Sunrise Mountain 3 — At Sunrise Mountain, Lucio Arreola went 3-for-4 with two triples, two runs and four RBIs as the Sundevils topped the Miners in five innings.

Eric Larsen was 3-for-3 with a triple, a double and four runs for Eldorado, and Lupe Gonzales went 2-for-3 for the Sundevils.

Valley 21, Canyon Springs 5 — At Canyon Springs, Marcus Mejia had a three-run homer in the first inning, and the Vikings took an 11-3 lead after two frames in a rout of the Pioneers.

David Greenoge and Juan Deolarte each finished 2-for-2 with a double for the Vikings. Kevin Rocha was 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBIs for Valley.

Rancho 11, Chaparral 1 — At Rancho, the Rams scored five runs in the first inning and cruised to the victory.

Scott Koenen went 3-for-4 with three doubles and five RBIs for Rancho. Kevin Kline threw four innings with seven strikeouts to get the win and also hit a home run for the Rams.

Bishop Gorman 14, Clark 0 — At Gorman, Johnny Sewald and Erik Van Meetren each went 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs to help the Gaels to the five-inning win.

Cody Roper was 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs and threw four innings of one-hit ball with six strikeouts to get the win.

Moapa Valley 6, Cheyenne 3 — At Moapa Valley, Dylan Mortensen threw a five-hitter with four strikeouts to lead the Pirates past the Desert Shields.

Conner Mortensen and Lawrance Villazcas each hit a double for Moapa Valley.

Joey Cunha had a home run for Cheyenne.
