Outlook: The Vikings struggled last season, but gained valuable experience.
“We have a solid group of players who will add more depth to our lineup and will help us accomplish more this season,” Atoigue said. “Even though we have a tough conference and tough teams ahead of us, the Vikings are ready to improve from last season. The boys are more focused and determined as a cohesive unit.
“Our expectations this season are simple — stay focused, take each game one at a time, and learn from our mistakes.”
