ROUNDUP: Wildcats’ final minute dooms Cowboys

Andrea Vidales scored the tie-breaking goal with less than a minute to play Tuesday, and Mackenzie McCoy added a goal a few seconds later as Las Vegas High’s girls soccer team picked up a 3-1 win at Chaparral.

McCoy scored twice for the Wildcats.

Rosa Martinez tallied the Cowboys’ goal.

Valley 3, Desert Pines 1 — At Valley, Ashley Marra, Aliya Salas and Rachel Watson had a goal apiece to lead the Vikings past the Jaguars.

Mariyah Espinoza scored for Desert Pines.

Rancho 0, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At Sunrise Mountain, the Rams and Miners played to a scoreless tie.

Rancho’s Mackenzie Pearson and Sunrise Mountain’s Aryn Bordman each recorded a shutout.

Eldorado 7, Canyon Springs 1 — At Canyon Springs, Alexis Sama’s three goals helped the Sundevils rout the Pioneers.

Maria Arias, Autumn Moore, Brandy Sanchez and Gaby Vasquez also scored a goal apiece for Eldorado.

Rosaura Guerrero-Escobedo notched Canyon Springs’ goal.

Green Valley 2, Foothill 0 — At Foothill, Kayla Anderson had a goal and an assist to lead the Gators by the Falcons.

Rachael King also scored for Green Valley.

Nicole Dunn made three saves en route to the shutout.

Silverado 2, Basic 0 — At Basic, Katelyn Comeno and Danielle Parven each scored a goal as the Skyhawks blanked the Wolves.

Goalkeeper Taylor Lommason earned the shutout for Silverado.

Coronado 2, Liberty 0 — At Coronado, Michaela Morris had a goal and an assist to lead the Cougars past the Patriots.

Breanna Robinson also scored for Coronado, and Kaitlyn Fahrner posted a three-save shutout.

Tech 6, Del Sol 2 — At Del Sol, Rachael Montoya scored four goals to propel the Roadrunners past the Dragons.

Mariella Ramos and Tamara Grieves each added a goal for Tech.

Alicia Villa had a goal and an assist, and Sterling Torres scored a goal for Del Sol.
