Wood, Pilots rout La Jolla Prep
Chris Wood had 20 points, 13 rebounds and three blocked shots to lead the Findlay Prep basketball team to a 117-66 rout of visiting La Jolla Prep (Calif.) on Tuesday at Henderson International.
Wood, a forward expected to sign with UNLV on Wednesday, was one of six double-figure scorers for the Pilots (5-0).
Stanford Robinson had 20 points, six rebounds and six assists for Findlay Prep. Nigel Williams-Goss had 16 points, six rebounds and six assists for the Pilots, and Gavin Schilling added 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Braian Angola scored 15 points, and Al Freeman scored 13 for Findlay Prep.
Also Tuesday, Findlay Prep senior center Fallou Ndoye committed to Mississippi State.
