Williams-Goss leads Findlay Prep to victory
Nigel Williams-Goss hit a floater in the lane with less than 25 seconds remaining to lift Findlay Prep to a 73-72 victory over Future College Prep (Calif.) on Wednesday at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Williams-Goss, a senior guard, had 16 points, six rebounds and nine assists for the Pilots (2-0).
UNLV-bound senior forward Chris Wood supplied 14 points, nine rebounds and four blocks for Findlay Prep.
Gavin Schilling had 16 points and seven rebounds for the Pilots, who got 13 points, five rebounds and five assists from Stanford Robinson and 11 points from Al Freeman.
