ROUNDUP: Zinnamon late run clinches Miner boys’ win over Rams

Fharhaad Zinnamon tallied 23 points, including the Miners’ final eight points, and Sunrise Mountain’s boys basketball team survived a potential game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer to post a 69-68 win over visiting Rancho on Friday.

Jason Ford had 14 points, and Jovon Kirtley added 10 points for the Miners.

Chris Beverly had 26 points, and Ronnie Thomas scored 20 points for the Rams.

Green Valley 58, Coronado 55 — At Green Valley, Durrell McDonald posted 29 points and 10 rebounds, and the Gators used a 20-11 first-quarter run to hold off the Cougars.

Lorenzo Jarvis added 10 points for Green Valley.

Teyshawn Campbell scored 22 points for Coronado, which got 14 points from Michael Louder.

Bishop Gorman 106, Spring Valley 68 — At South Point Arena, Shabazz Muhammad had 33 points and 11 rebounds to help the Gaels roll past the Grizzlies.

Rosco Allen added 16 points and seven assists, and Rashad Muhammad supplied 11 points and eight assists for Gorman, which led 52-31 at the half.

Trey Kennedy scored 10 points for the Gaels, and teammate Ronnie Stanley grabbed eight rebounds.

Rahfe’l King led Spring Valley with 22 points.

Sean Clancey added 15 points, and DeShaun Nowlin scored 11 for the Grizzlies.

Canyon Springs 77, Eldorado 66 — At Canyon Springs, Darrell McCall scored 15 points to lead the Pioneers past the Sundevils.

Anthony Jones added 14 points to help Canyon Springs, and teammate Nick Scott had nine points and 13 rebounds.

James Jones added 13 points, and Gerad Davis scored 10 for the Pioneers.

Eldorado’s Da’Quon Thrower led all scorers with 25 points, and teammate Jayveon Brown added 19 points.

Silverado 70, Del Sol 50 — At Silverado, Justin Johnson had 11 of his 25 points in the third quarter and drained five 3-pointers to lead the Skyhawks past the Dragons.

David Ware added 12 points for Silverado, which led 36-23 at the half and put the game away with a 27-12 third-quarter spurt.

Nathan Kirschbaum had 15 points, and Tyron Rouse scored 10 for Del Sol.

Basic 51, Liberty 43 — At Liberty, Jaylen Rose scored eight of his 16 points in the fourth quarter as the Wolves used an 18-8 game-closing run to down the Patriots.

Isaiah Villaros added 11 points for Basic, which went 8-for-8 from the free-throw line in the fourth quarter after making just 3 of 12 attempts in the first three quarters.

Jeremy Lontayo and Rhandy Tomlinson each had 10 points for Liberty.

Foothill 68, Tech 20 — At Tech, Tyler Morris led a balanced attack with 11 points as the Falcons routed the Roadrunners.

Tyler Roberts added nine points for Foothill, which led 44-6 at halftime.

Las Vegas 68, Chaparral 47 — At Chaparral, Hasaan Henderson poured in 21 points to help the Wildcats cruise past the Cowboys.

Juwan Major added 15 points for Las Vegas, which got 11 points from Olynsso Pratt and 10 points from Traven Yancey.

Saequan Charingto led Chaparral with 14 points, and teammate Kamron Alexander contributed 11 points.

Boulder City 78, Moapa Valley 44 — At Boulder City, Nate Hafen scored 19 points, and the Eagles jumped out to a 49-29 halftime lead en route to an easy win over the Pirates.

Michael Walker added 15 points and Blake Worrell chipped in 12 points for Boulder City.

Jackson Mortensen led Moapa Valley with 10 points.

Agassi Prep 86, Lake Mead 46 — At Agassi Prep, Kalinn Jackson had 22 points and 12 rebounds, and the Stars erupted for 43 third-quarter points on their way to a win over the Eagles.

Anson Williams added 18 points and six rebounds, and DeCari Lide had 16 points and four assists for Agassi Prep. Darryl Green supplied 12 points, and David Bailey scored 11 for the Stars. Jackson, Lide and Green combined to score 34 points in the third quarter.

Dylan Graham had 14 points, and Justin Yamzon scored 13 for Lake Mead.

Lincoln County 70, Mountain View 61 — At Panaca, Chandler Katschke scored 25 points to help the Lynx past the Saints.

Ryan Rippetoe added 16 points and 13 rebounds for Lincoln County, which pulled away in the third quarter.

Trevor Van Kempen led Mountain View with 24 points. T.J. Kissinger added 12 points, and Matt Larson scored 11 for the Saints.

The Meadows 55, Needles 51 — At The Meadows, Garrett Gosse scored nine of his 25 points in the third quarter to help The Meadows rally for the win.

Needles led 33-26 at the half, but The Meadows used a 20-7 third quarter to take conrol.
Max Newman added 11 points for The Meadows.

Lewie Larrabee and Michael Hills each had 13 points for Needles.

Laughlin 45, Calvary Chapel 36 — At Laughlin, Colton Hill scored 26 points, and the Cougars used a 17-5 third quarter run to pull away from the Lions.

Avery Prosise added 14 points, and Brett Smith grabbed 20 rebounds for Laughlin.

Drew Hammond led Calvary Chapel with 12 points.

Round Mountain 75, Indian Springs 62 — At Indian Springs, Serjio Chavez scored a game-high 32 points, and the Knights outscored the Thunderbirds 44-28 in the second half to get the win.

Carlos Chavez added 25 points for Round Mountain.

Dominic Morgando had 23 points and 10 rebounds, and Brock Roadhouse had 19 points and 13 rebounds to lead Indian Springs.

Oasis Christian 45, Word of Life 34 — At Oasis Christian, Christian Gonzalez and Samuel Carnicle each scored 12 points to help lead the Bulldogs past the Eagles.

Zane Willett added 10 points for Oasis Christian.

Emeka Okafor had 12 points, and Toufic Awada scored 11 to lead Word of Life.
