Outlook: The Panthers return just two starters from last year’s state finalist team.
Cheval (303 kills, 353 digs) and Duncan (648 digs) are expected to lead a squad that is hoping for success again this year.
“This is a pretty young team, with not a lot of game experience,” said Clarke, who moves up after serving as the team’s assistant coach. “There are some big spots to fill from last year’s seniors. We will look to Kendall and Faryn to lead and help bring the younger players along.”
