GIRLS TENNIS: Andrada Stanciu, Sierra Vista edge Durango

Andrada Stanciu was 3-0 in singles Monday to lead Sierra Vista’s girls tennis team to a 10-8 victory over visiting Durango.

The doubles team of Sharon Louie and Grace Clark also went 3-0 for the Mountain Lions.

A.J. Mitchell, Maggie Concannon, and Maddie Concannon each went 2-1 in singles for Durango.

Rahel Yimenu and Mariamawit Moges finished 2-1 in doubles for the Trailbalzers.

Centennial 13, Arbor View 5 — At Arbor View, Sara Altfas was 3-0 in singles to lead the Bulldogs to victory over the Aggies.

Centennial’s Macie Stratton and Ashlee Weger went 2-0 in singles.

Arbor View’s doubles team of Devin Diesko and Catherine Arizmendez went 3-0.

Spring Valley 14, Desert Oasis 4 — At Spring Valley, Alexandria Yost went 3-0 in singles to lead the Grizzlies past the Diamondbacks.

Tierra Hill also went 2-0 in singles, and the doubles team of Michelle Lu and Alexa Rojas went 3-0 for the Grizzlies.

Faith Lutheran 17, Legacy 1 — At Darling Tennis Center, Madison Foley, Paige Erlanger and Kennedy Barr each went 2-0 in singles as the Crusaders routed the Longhorns.

The doubles teams of Sophia Longi and Kelsie Seigle, and Michelle Reiss and Jayden Mattson also finished 2-0 for Faith Lutheran.

Eldorado 10, Desert Pines 8 — At Desert Pines, the Sundevils edged the Jaguars.

Shelly Alvarado and Yazaret Arrendondo went 3-0 in doubles for Desert Pines.

The Meadows 18, Adelson School 0 — At The Meadows, two Mustangs doubles pairs went 2-0 as the Mustangs swept the Lions.

The teams of Caroline Liu and Jessica Lelah, and Sophie Isaacs and Grace Nemec each went 2-0.

Palo Verde 15, Shadow Ridge 3 — At Shadow Ridge, the Panthers beat the Mustangs.

Cheyenne 12, Mojave 0 — At Cheyenne, the Desert Shields won by forfeit.
