GIRLS SOCCER: Sunrise Mountain completes comeback over Desert Pines

Brisa Pena-Martinez and Irlando Osuna-Arcineda each scored a second-half goal Monday to erase a first-half deficit at home and lead Sunrise Mountain’s girls soccer team past Desert Pines, 3-2.

Kimberly Garcia also scored for the Miners, who trailed 2-1 at halftime.

Lizuly Mireles and Cindy Gramajo scored for the Jaguars.

Las Vegas 5, Valley 0 — At Las Vegas, Brinkley McCoy recorded a hat trick in the first half and scored another in the second to power the Wildcats past the Vikings.

Atziri Avila had the Wildcats’ other goal. Deisy Lopez, Leslie Garcia-Pedraza, Evelyn Quinones-Soto and Briana Alarcon supplied the assists.

Megan Adamson made two saves for Las Vegas in the shutout.

Faith Lutheran 1, Shadow Ridge 0 — At Faith Lutheran, Beka Lescenski carried the Crusaders over the Mustangs with six saves to preserve a shutout.

Megan Donnelly scored the lone goal, assisted by Maggie Shuirman.

Palo Verde 5, Centennial 0 — At Centennial, Macee Barlow scored two goals and had an assist to lift the Panthers past the Bulldogs.

Madison Hernandez, Holly Lindholm and Gianni Terrana each scored for the Panthers. Jadyn Nogues had two assists.

Goalkeeper Kailee Barnhard had two saves to preserve the shutout.

Arbor View 5, Cimarron-Memorial 0 — At Arbor View, Haylee Niemann stopped three shots on goal as the Aggies blanked the Spartans.

Sierra Vicente, Madisen Carter, Ashley Kristich, Jolie Meyers and Deja Erickson each scored goals for the Aggies.

Hannah Ferrara, Kenna Larosse and Allyssa Larkin each had an assist for Arbor View.

Pahrump Valley 4, Mojave 0 — At Pahrump, Kaitlyn Carrington had three goals as the Trojans defeated the Rattlers.

Sydney Dennis added a goal, and Kathy Niles had two assists for Pahrump.

Noemi Valle-Diaz was credited with the shutout.

Mojave goalkeeper Cathlyn Navarro made 14 saves in the loss.

Canyon Springs 4, Eldorado 1 — At Canyon Springs, Josefina Hernandez scored twice to lead the Pioneers over the Sundevils.

Alianna Carrison and Melissa Pena-Alvarez also scored for Canyon Springs.

Brianna Duran scored for Eldorado.
