GIRLS BASKETBALL: Wadsworth, Jackson help Lynx clinch league crown

Brynlee Wadsworth scored 15 points, and Kristal Jackson added 11 points and 10 rebounds to help host Lincoln County's girls basketball team clinch the Division III Southern League title with a 56-44 win over Agassi Prep on Friday in Panaca.

Savannah Harr added 14 points and nine assists, and Hannah Hafen had 10 points for Lincoln County.

Sharmayne Finley had 14 points, and Destiny Rover scored 11 for the Stars.

Faith Lutheran 37, Mojave 23 — At Faith Lutheran, Sam Caruth scored 11 points as the Crusaders downed the Rattlers.

Madison Bocobo added eight points for Faith Lutheran, which led 27-15 at the half.

Samantha Blanchard-Davis led Mojave with eight points.

Bishop Gorman 68, Durango 32 — At Durango, Skylar Jackson had 18 points to help the Gaels top the Trailblazers.

Madison Washington added 13 points, and Megan Jacobs scored 10 for Gorman, which led 35-11 at the half.

Brittany Romo paced Durango with 19 points.

The Meadows 26, Lake Mead 21 — At The Meadows, Marcella Peek had eight points, 14 rebounds and seven blocks to help the Mustangs rally from a 10-3 halftime deficit and top the Eagles.

Josey White led Lake Mead with six points.

Tonopah 30, Sandy Valley 25 — At Sandy Valley, the Muckers rallied from a 10-8 halftime deficit to down the Sidewinders.

Round Mountain 42, Beaver Dam 17 — At Littlefield, Ariz., the Knights completed a perfect Southern League season with a win over the Diamondbacks.

Pahranagat Valley 38, Indian Springs 8 — At Alamo, the Panthers raced to a 30-1 second quarter lead and routed the Thunderbirds.
