Locke, Saints roll past White Pine

Ian Locke completed 10 of 15 passes for 315 yards and five touchdowns and had 81 yards rushing and a touchdown Saturday to lead host Mountain View’s football team to a 51-16 win over White Pine.

Locke hit Tyrell Brooks on a 10-yard scoring strike early in the first quarter before connecting with Connor LeBoeuf on a 65-yard TD pass and Terrance Brooks on a 66-yard TD pass to give the Saints a 31-16 halftime lead.

LeBoeuf finished with four catches for 163 yards and had an 80-yard kickoff return for Mountain View. Teammate Matthew Tom had three total touchdowns, all in the second half, for the Saints (4-4, 3-3 Division III Southern).

White Pine’s Monty Moore was 11 of 21 for 144 yards and a TD. Moore found Cody Bennett, who had four catches for 77 yards, on a 53-yard touchdown pass late in the first quarter. Jacob Baer rushed six times for 29 yards and a touchdown for the Bobcats (3-5, 2-4).
