Here’s the Nevada Preps football player of Week 11

Spring Valley quarterback K.C. Moore was selected as the Nevada Preps football player of the week for Week 11 by reviewjournal.com and nevadapreps.com readers.

Moore passed for 254 yards and three touchdowns and kicked the winning field goal in a 34-31 double-overtime victory over Durango. The win helped the Grizzlies clinch a spot in the Sunset Region playoffs.

Moore got 52 percent of the 391 votes.

Legacy running back Samuel Turner, who rushed for 195 yards and four touchdowns in a 49-14 win over Shadow Ridge, was second with 23 percent.

Pahranagat Valley’s Tabor Maxwell and Durango’s Alhaji-Ibrahim Kamara each received 11 percent of the vote, and Tonopah’s Vinny Bagarose got 3 percent.
