BOYS SOCCER: Sergio Reyes’ late penalty kick gives Rancho a tie with Pahrump Valley

Sergio Reyes converted a penalty kick with four minutes remaining Friday to help Rancho’s boys soccer team finish in a 1-1 tie with host Pahrump Valley.

Paul Holmes scored off an assist by Christian Gonzalez for Pahrump.

Nick Harris made eight saves in goal for the Trojans.

Palo Verde 1, Arbor View 0 — At Palo Verde, Levi Lord made two saves to preserve an early lead and help the Panthers take down the Aggies.

Henry Robledo-Matadamas scored the game’s lone goal, assisted by Bryan Montoya.

Legacy 1, Centennial 1 — At Legacy, Jesus Vargas scored with 10 minutes remaining to help the Bulldogs earn a tie with the Longhorns.

Oscar Gonzalez scored a second-half goal off an assist from Omar Alvarez for Legacy.

Cimarron-Memorial 4, Faith Lutheran 0 — At Cimarron, Arturo Bahena and Dresdan Quackenbush each had two goals and an assist to lead the Spartans over the Crusaders.

Edgar Carillo-Nunez and Jimi Villasenor added assists for Cimarron.

Dylan Crosby-Moghadam recorded the shutout.
