Desert Oasis’ Morgan Cooper shot par 72 to earn medalist honors in a Southwest League match Thursday at Spanish Trails.

Bishop Gorman and Desert Oasis each shot 406 as a team, but Gorman won the sixth-golfer tiebreaker. Sierra Vista finished third at 436.

Jody Paulson of Clark was second at 75, and Desert Oasis’ Devin Heiman carded a 76 to tie for third with Ryan Handley of Spring Valley and Reese Vertrees of Durango.

Joseph Williams shot 77 to lead Gorman.
